Liezel trained and qualified as a matwork pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in 2010 and has recently completed and converted her training to BASI to include the full range of equipment. Pilates for Liezel was a source of healing after a spinal injury but she soon realised the other benefits of pilates, it stretches, strengthens and aims for overall balance of the body.
